Shareholders ANTWERP TOWAGE NV has been jointly established by two of the most traditional North European tugboat operators. FAIRPLAY TOWAGE was established 1905 by the late Mr. Richard Borchard. The company started with harbour towage activities in the Port of Hamburg. Today FAIRPLAY TOWAGE comprises of a group of companies mainly engaged in the towage industry with own offices in Hamburg, Rotterdam, Rostock, Wismar, Stettin and Swinoujscie. Beside harbour towage, which is the origin of Fairplay's activities, the towage operator is involved in deep-sea towage, off-shore support- and salvage works. Via group-companies Fairplay is also involved in shipbuilding and repair as well as real estate management. MULTRASHIP is a leading Dutch towage and salvage company. Run by the Muller family, it draws on more than ninety years of experience. Its core operations include salvage, wreck removal, harbour towage, coastal and deepsea towage, services to the dredging and offshore industries and support for inland navigation.
